General Comments

I ordered shocks and struts for my 1998 pathfinder from Car-Stuff. I received the wrong struts and the shocks were used. Customer service is poore. It has been more than 6 weeks and I am still trying to deal with it. Every time I call, I have to restart the process. They expect me to pay for the shipping to new york? To my innocence I had reordered the shocks and I received the wrong ones the 2nd time also. I am stuck with 500.00 worth of parts I cannot use. I am beyond upset with this company. Without any doubt, my worst shopping experience to the point that I am losing sleep over it. I managed to return one of the packages (gave back to UPS) and I got credit without tax. I just want to forget this whole experience.
