I ordered my husband's Christmas gift 2 weeks ago, they took my money over a week ago.
I haven't received the goods, I can't get through on the phone, their voicemail is full, I have not yet had a reply from my email... I don't think my husband is going to get a Christmas present - Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe it!
General Comments
If it arrives before Christmas (I actually got through to a lady on the phone who said "It's on back order, but I promise it'll be with you before Christmas, and I'll ring you before we send it") I'll amend this review, but with only 2 delivery days left and no signs of life from them, it seems extremely unlikely....
