Quite cheap.
Service received.
I've only seen speeds of 500+kB/s very occasionally when using Eclipse Internet. A lot of the time the speeds aren't much better than dial-up, when using p2p even normal internet browsing and emails become unusable.
I upgraded from option 1 (£14.99 per month) to option 2 (£18.99 per month) and I haven't noticed any difference so I went on their site to cancel and was reminded that I'd owe them £47 AND have to return my modem, I've just received an email saying that the cancellation fee is changing to £69.99!
