Good Points

Seemed economical.


Bad Points

Appalling response from person to whom we spoke having been robbed in Rome. The maximum amount on policy was inadequate and some would think paltry.


General Comments

We spoke to the bank covering our home contents insurance, Lloyds and had a much more mature and reasonable reaction from someone who maybe understood that being robbed can also be emotionally upsetting; and also that informing the Italian police from 40, 000 feet presented some difficulties.
I would very much keep clear of Tesco in future and would recommend them to no one.
