Failed to fulfil order. Unsatisfactory customer service.
General Comments
Was told they had what I wanted at the time of order but didn't set aside and went out of stock. Didn't tell me for 12 days until the day before delivery was due. Five days before Christmas and too late to go elsewhere. Didn't offer alternative or goodwill gesture. Customer services failed to resolve the problem or answer the questions I asked.
