Good Points

Nice website - nothing spectacular, but clear and user friendly. Good range of goods.


General Comments

Terrible service - they took money immediately and website said 7-14 days delivery - I called after 10, and have made half a dozen further calls and keep getting fobbed off with lame excuses and lied to about being called back. They've now had my cash for 24 days and still no sign of my goods or a refund
