Rugged, Weighty, Accurate
Cocking takes more knack than strength, but once mastered its quick to cock and re-load. It used to be fun seeing 40 year old guys struggle to cock the gun then I would take it from them and do it in a second at just 12 years old.
Well I got my Tempest 21 years ago after hassling my parents for an air rifle for months. It cost around £45 back then and I still have it. Its had a mainspring replaced (I didnt know if it needed it but thought after about 15 years it might do no harm) and the breech washer. Other than the Webley Tempest logos rubbing off its still in perfect order even after firing probably 5000 or more shots. A good all all rounder, amazed they cost around £130 pounds now though, how time flies! Recommended.
