Good Points
I liked the fact that I can record on a disc and put in the DVD player and not have to worry about transferring and editing all the time.
Bad Points
I just received the camcorder two days ago so I am still in the learning stage. I will post a new review in a couple weeks after I have used it enough to comment
General Comments
I love the fact that that the Sony DCR- DVD300 is small. Not like the Micros but small enough and light enough to carry. Rem the old days of carry a huge VCR type around?
I like the steadyshot, nightshot and super nightshot.(I think this is new to Sonys camcorders. Now I can sneak into my 21 mo old daughters room and videotape her sleeping without waking her up.
