There are some features that I like about the samsung 8500 phone, like Voice command and I also like its styling.

How good is a phone if you get disconnected from the service often?
General Comments
I agree with the review about the Samsung phone. My friend has a Samsung 3500 and I have a Qualcomm 2700 phone. At the same place his Samsung phone used to go out service once in a while, and my qualcomm was still connected. Is this a coincidence too?
Both of us had the Sprint PCS service.
