Easy to use
You can't do everything in your account, if you have a problem only a machine to deal with your call.
I've been with lloyds tsb for 10 years and they started well as a good bank, but they like to let you know they have control of your account, because I can't do anything online. After 10 years I'm changing, I'm sick of their system giving me a bad credit rating. I advise all to not use this bank.
