Good Points

Good website.


Bad Points

Poor customer service - I have been passed from one person to another, with no satisfactory outcome. When I finally spoke to a manager, he was very unhelpful.


General Comments

I ordered two slob chairs from Woolworths on the 9th of November, to be delivered on the 14th. I am still waiting! The first order was lost, so they were reordered. One was delivered on the 5th of December, and now I have been told that my other order may be lost again. As they are Christmas gifts, and there are only 5 days to go, I am very disappointed. I will never use Woolworths ordering service (if you can call it a service) again!
