My first bad experience with ANC Courier was when I inadvertently ordered from someone who used them as a supplier. I came home to find a card through the door. Fine. I contacted the depot, but on that occasion there was no answer. I left a message on the answer phone requesting a Friday delivery. I waited in all day on Friday, but the parcel did not arrive. It arrived on Saturday morning. I was unhappy because so far I have not received an apology.
My 2nd bad experience was yesterday. I was awaiting another parcel, which was to be delivered by ANC Courier. I am off work sick so have been in all day. I checked the tracking this morning and it stated they tried to deliver yesterday at 3.30 and left a card. So far I have not found the card. I called customer services who said they'd speak to the depot and will call me back, but so far I have not received a call back from them.
