I was happily using BT Business Broadband - until I changed to the Total Broadband Option 2 in March 2007. It was after the change that I started to experience problems.
After hours on the phone to BT faults, umpteen sessions connecting / disconnecting, switching on / switching off, an engineer arrived, who found there was no broadband signal coming into my property. He popped up the road to the exchange and returned with the news that when I changed service, I had been unplugged, but not plugged back in for the new service. [Note: during this time I had been connecting wirelessly via my residential BT Homehub which has worked fine] He plugged it back in - I now have a broadband connection!
