Good website and products.
In my opinion the shipping service is poor.
I was very disappointed with the delivery service offered by John Lewis. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery and the goods didn't arrived on the arranged date. I contacted them to be told that I would receive them on Monday. Apparently, it's Christmas, it's busy and they can't meet the shipping dates that they have available on the website - so why have them on the website ? I had ordered the goods a week before the delivery date, so they had plenty of time to contact me to inform we that they couldn't deliver on the arranged date......
