Good Points

I don't think there are any good points, I have been trying to get through to the "careline customer services" for over a week. All I have got to date is a recorded message telling me to call back later, which is costing me money.


Bad Points

I got through instantly to the order line who could not help with anything other than my orders.


General Comments

On the two occasions that I have used Ace I have been very disappointed with the quality. When you want to send articles back although I didn't order it was Ace's mistake I had to pay £8 to return the goods. I will not ever use Ace again.
