Poor customer service
I applied for the loan in October and paid the fee for it when they said that my loan was approved and after that day Anderson Young has never called me and it's me all the time chasing up my loan request and asking for refund.
I cannot seem to get through when I phone, and when I finally get through, they don't appear to have any information about the refund, they told me that it's under process.
I personally think that companies who take money off people who already need loans to improve their financial position are disgusting.
