General Comments

I just wanted to share my experience about Amazon.co.uk. This year I have done all my Christmas shopping online with Amazon, spending in excess of over 1000. My experience was excellent with Amazon, even when a problem did arise, which incidentally was with a delivery and was out of their control. One parcel went astray, so I contacted Amazon who immediately dispatched a replacement. Every gift I ordered was p&P free, and all arrived promptly, in good condition and much cheaper than the usual stores I shop at.

My emails to Amazon have been responded to within 24 hours, with customer service being extremely helpful.

All in all, if I had to score with marks out of 10 for Amazon, the marks would be definitely 10/10.

I am in no way connected to Amazon; just an ordinary house wife who decided to try online shopping to get out of the hustle and bustle of the Christmas stampede. I will certainly be repeating this for Christmas 2008, and would most certainly recommend without hesitation Amazon.co.uk.
