General Comments

Please, please, please do not use Direct LIne.
Try gocompare.com or even the AA.
You might end up paying a few pounds more but, believe me, when you need help that will be money well spent.
In all my years of dealing with insurance companies I have never, ever been so amazed and dumbfounded that a major company like this can stay in business with the some of the staff it employs. Where do I begin. You telephone with a problem and are met with effusive goodwill gestures and promises of action. In reality, NOTHING was every done for me. Just more letters. In the end, I had to write and I don't think no-one read the contents of my letters as they just more letters.
You are promised verbal action which in my case never materialised and when I try complaining! Totally ignored and I am convinced, not even read.
