In my opinion over hyped.
Bad Points
Two times I have used this software, and twice I have had to re-install my operating system. Apart from consuming a lot of resources, it has a bad signature that seems to be that cause of Windows XP crashing for me, or it slow down the system completely in my few weeks into its usage.
General Comments
ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm Security Suites might be good for people using their computers to send email and compose words but not the best for development environment in my opinion.
