I am very unhappy with Mobileshop regarding their slackness to redeem my cashback (each cashback voucher was sent back in the appropriate time), and their impersonal generic emails telling of their technical difficulties when trying to chase the money up and no information on a rough timeframe that would fix the problem.
I havn't received the last 3 of my 4 cashback payments. One of these is from November 2006 - OVER 12 MONTHS!!! This is definitely not good enough even with your 'technical difficulties'. My cashback status is:

The customer services phone number is only a recorded message that says write an e-mail- so it feels like I'm going around in circles and wasting my VALUABLE TIME!
Another thing that is wrong about the website is the posted comments about the cashback scheme. I wrote a comment about what had happened regarding my cashback situation a few months ago - that people should be aware that there are some people that haven't got there money back. This was a fair appraisal e-mail stating only facts - But suprise, suprise - there are no negative or neutral comments posted, only positive. This is absolutely misleading the public to handpick only the positive comments. This is not only happening to me - I know another person who joined up to the deal around the same time as I did and they havn't received all of theirs back either. I'm only now reading how there are heaps of people in the same boat from comments on the net..
Mobileshop should be audited by someone to see how many people are actually still missing their money. I will not be shopping with them ever again.
