16 shot under and over magazine. Air pressure gauge visible from behind the business end. Lots of shots from one charge. Accurate in the extreme, it's not unusual to get a clover leaf pattern in the bull at 30 yards. Quiet, rust resistant, takes down into a compact carry case.
I like a heavy gun, for some it's a brute, because it is heavy. The trigger action on mine is stiff, and not generally acceptable of tweaking, although the manual states this can be done. The bolt action is also stiff; and if you don't pay attention you can double load. Most times this results in a scatter gun effect, but stripping down to clear or clean the barrel is something you will not experience with most guns, and is time consuming.
I have the .22 version of the Logun S16s and it got mixed reports when it first came out. Its predecessor, the S sixteen, known as sweet sixteen, had made a place in the hearts of air gunners. The major problem appeared to have been the O ring, which seemed to wear at a terrific rate of knots. The other problem lies in the trajectory of .22 as opposed to .177, the latter stated as being 'more forgiving.' Having bought one I lubricated the O ring with gun grease, and regularly cleaned off the old before applying the new. I also only closed the charging unit, which doubles as the stock, to where it just seals, and to date I'm still using the same O ring. I splashed out on a Hawke Airmax SR 6 scope; and between the two I can honestly say I have a winner. I zeroed to 30 yards as recommended. Yes it's heavy, yes it's expensive, but what a gun. I have used Accupell, but having used Napier Power Lubed Hunter pellets in my .177 with great results am going to try some of those in .22 as they're lighter.
