In my experience, the company were unable to provide the correct software for the required operating system Vista in my case)
I was advised to go to an internet cafe for access to download a patch...Which doesn't seem to work on Vista)
I personally would not recommend Toucan Broadband Internet.
In my experience, no support of any use to me was provided (but I was charged 35p a minute)... My emails only seem to generate automated responses.
