General Comments

I initially paid the balance through my local bank until they started charging £10 for the privilege. In October I set up a direct debit to clear the balance each month, come November - no statement, no money taken from my bank account. Apparently when a payment method is changed a statement is not issued for 2 months and payment cannot be taken unless a statement has been generated. (I was never told this), I also requested a Post Office payment card - twice! Still not received one. Received a statement 7/12/07, money finally taken from my account on 13/12/07 but I still can't use my card until 19/12/07. They tell me they are not a clearing bank and so payments take up to 5 working days to clear your balance, so my plans to do my Christmas shopping on the web are now completly up the creek.

I have found this extremely annoying to say the least, all I wanted to do was pay my balance and I kept coming up against a brick wall at every turn, I actually asked them if they wanted my money at all!! I think that this is very poor service and they need to find a solution - FAST!
