Good Points

Used once when Cat had cancer, has far as I know paid out fine no problems.

Bad Points

My vets wont just let me pay the excess anymore and I have to fork out full cost and claim back myself.

General Comments

I have found the cost of Lloyds TSB Pet Insurance to be fair as my cat is quite old. I have claimed only once and there were no problems, it is only now that I have found a problem as the vets that deal with my cat have just doubled my bill to £431.00, is now refusing to just accept the excess I have to pay the full amount and claim back and it could go double again, this is causing me a lot of distress as I just do not have the money and have had to borrow this until the insurance company pay back. I took out the pet insurance so I would never have to worry about my cat and this has not been the case and it's the vets fault not my insurance company.
