Good Points

There are none except they were cheap.


Bad Points

Every time I have contacted them I have been transfered on average 4 times every call before somebody is willing to take my call.


General Comments

In my opinion, easyMoney Car Insurance has very poor customer service. Agents keep transferring calls, or placing you on hold to get information from supervisors. And on two occasions I have had agents speak to supervisors and tell me they don't know what is going on on my account.
