Good Points

Really hard to find anything good to say, it doesn't pay to go with the cheapest quote and as long as these guys have got your money they couldn't care less! (Legal cover) on the policy is about the only good thing but this is a company Asda/NorwichUnion use, not their service.


Bad Points

Horrendeous customer service - multitude of departments and fragmented companies that take the responsibility of the parts of your insurance and lack of communication between them is infuriating for a customer. If you do take the time out to call them you will most probably be speaking to somebody in India.


General Comments

The Insurance is not worth the paper its written on.
