General Comments
Excellent service from a very low cost airline. Got a great deal on tickets due to early booking.My wife is disabled and Air Berlin left her with nothing but great memories of her first ever flight. They could not do enough for her. A very good flight with a great touch of complimentary sandwich and hot drink. Cabin crew and captain kept us up to speed with our position with regular updates.Overhead DVD provided lots of information as well as a bit of Mr Bean to kep us all amused.I would highly recommend this Airline. I have kept these on my faviourates and wherever possible will use Air Berlin for my air travel.
