Bad Points

The whole company and their customer service.


General Comments

We signed up in Nov 05 and they were good for the 1st yr, so we renewed. This last year was a big waste of time, We have recieved maybe 10-15 movies in a year and about 50% of those have been broken. We have sent numerous complaints and requests to cancel, but they keep blowing us off and extending our contract for free, which is pointless since we still have no movies sent!!! Their selection is bad, no new releases, if you search a title that is new or a few months old it says no and suggests totally unrelated titles and now even with the superpass it only lets us select pay per rental movies instead of putting them in our queue.
The company might offer lower prices but for the $ or so you save you get twice the headache.
