Good Points

There are very few, if any!


Bad Points

Customer service is disgusting!
Paid cheques into wrong account due to typing errors!
Did not clear all cheques in good time!
Hard to open a decent account without a load of hassle, despite being with them 8 years.
Cashcards always arrive late, when old one has expired!
Bad attitude from workers in my local branch


General Comments

They paid my cheque into someone else's account!!! which delayed me accessing my money. When the money was paid back into my account I had a problems withdrawing it over the counter due to a rude, unprofessional worker.
This is the final straw for me after years of problems. Why didn't I leave sooner??????????
