Cheap and Polite.


Bad Points

E and L Pet Insurance don't pay out quickly. They only answer complaints by post. They don't answer e-mails.


General Comments

I initiated a claim in August 2007 and I am still waiting in December 2007. They like you to send in a complaint which takes another 2 weeks of time.
