Earpiece on flip might go out in time. Drops calls and cannot get a signal in some areas where signal is known to be active.
General Comments
I work for a wireless provider and I get more complaints on this cellphone from customers than any other cellphone. I still have mine, but I only use it for backup just in case if anything happens to my Kyrocera 3035. When I was using my 3500 on a regular basis, it worked great with a earbud since the earpiece would fade out or break up on me. The battery life was not impressive and I couldn't get a signal in some areas where I go. It did drop calls in the same areas I travelled to so I knew where I could make calls and where i could not make them. My Kyrocera 3035 gets a signal in the places the 3500 did not, so I am beginning to think that the design flaw is also in the antenna as well.
