Everytime I call fast.co.uk they answer quickly, they know what they are talking about too.

General Comments
I've been with Fast.co.uk for nearly 2 years now, having been let down like many others, by Tiscali. I migrated over and instantly had faster speeds and no more disconnections. Everytime I call fast.co.uk they answer quickly, know what they're talking about and have been honest with me. The few times I've asked them to call me back they always have done without fail, and most importantly the service just works.
