Bad Points
HSBC sent me a letter telling me that a credit card I had of theirs was now cancelled because of inactivity. They never said a thing to me, asked me, or anything else.
General Comments
I am disabled and keep a few credit cards for EMERGENCY use, should a major medical issue come up. That HSBC card was one of them. I intend to post anywhere and everywhere I can about them, along with writing to my senators and the house banking committee. It won't change this terrible company any, but if I can keep ONE PERSON from doing business with this company it will be worth it.
