I had passport photos taken at Snappy Snaps Cambridge. They claim that they do passport photos and know the specifications required by most countries. I told them my country, Brazil, and they claimed to know the specific requirements.

However, my country's consulate did not accept the photos, because the proportions were wrong.

Important detail: Snappy Snaps had charged me £17 for three 5x7 pictures, claiming the high price was due to the unusual size.

So when I went back to Snappy Snaps asking for a new set of photos, since I had paid enough to have ones with the correct specification, they were very rude and assumed I was lying, and claimed it was impossible that the proportions were wrong because they do "biometrical measuring".

Well, their measuring (if they really did it) didn't follow the correct specifications, and complaining was useless.
