Pay fee upfront
- Ask for valuation fee on behalf of the mortgage lender, but in my case did not pay the mortgage lender
- Did not answer my emails / phone calls...)


General Comments

Alexander Hall Mortgage Brokers was the worst service possible for a financial broker/ mortgage adviser.
They gave me an initial mortgage rate. I shopped around and found a cheaper one and came back to them. They said 'Oh yes, we can give you this one too' (then why not from the start?!). Then they asked me to pay the valuation fee on behalf of the mortgage lender, but did not repay back the mortgage lender who invoiced me the fee. Ask for their service fee to be paid upfront.
I feel I had zero service, oh yes, it is not all bad the coffee or coke they offer you the first day that's why i gave them a 1 out of 10.....
