Good Points

Looks good.. Easy to clean


Bad Points

I think the coffee when made is warm .... not hot.
This can be overcome by filling cup with hot water whilst preparing the machine or hot milk. No real problem here.


General Comments

As we have tried Douwe, Egberts and Kenco pods are not to our tastes ,rather than keep buying other makes I understand that there is method of using your preferred coffee with this machine.
Can anyone advise please as to whether they fine them, successful.
