The Nat West has a large number of branches throughout the UK.
Exhorbitant charges. Little human contact.
I have been with the NatWest Bank since leaving school. I am now 53. I have been exceedingly unhappy with them for several years. I opened alternative accounts in the Royal Bank of Scotland and First Direct. I have just closed the RBS account. I became equally disatisfied with them too. Note: they are in the same Group as Nat West. First Direct in contrast have been very good so far. The reason I have not closed my NatWest account is because I plan to claim back their excessive and possibly illegal charges to me over the last six years.
