Great looking astro turf trainer. Comfortable to wear and the sole grip is very hard wearing. They are light on the feet.
My toe wore through the top of my weaker foot, suspect through using it to push off on when accelerating/turning.
I found these Puma Veneno Turf trainers to be the best astro turf trainers I've worn to date, this includes other Puma's and the astro equivalent of the Adidas World Cup. The sole is very hard wearing, the grip on the bottom has remained intact for over a year of playing twice a week, they, (unlike a lot of turf trainers) are light on the foot so the ball can be shifted quickly, and due to the synthetic material remain light even in wet conditions. Unfortunately, the use of the material also gives rise to the only problem with the boot, the toe of my weaker (non-kicking foot) has worn through the top of the trainer, I suspect this is due to using this foot to push off on when accelerating and turning but I suppose this could happen to all synthetic trainers, not a design fault on the Puma's. Overall I rate these very highly and I am looking to purchase another pair.
