Bad Points

Their agent forged details on the mortgage application,and the case was only resolved after the involvement of the FSA.


General Comments

Absolutely dreadful and illegal behaviour. Had to battle every step of the way to have the issue investigated and resolved even though the agent admitted the general points of the complaint. FSA weren't brilliiant either but at least they made Mortgage Matters realise the seriousness of what had happened.
