Terrible customer service.

General Comments

Absolutley disgusted with the way the Royal Bank of Scotland has treated me recently. They chased me to open a student account, yet they didn't explain the account to me properly, and now I'm £60 in debt with a card protection plan that I had unknowingly signed up for with the bank. I shall be moving banks as soon as possible.
