None. There is absolutely no point in a parcel delivery service if they can't deliver parcels.

General Comments
This appears to be a slick operation, based on the website. The reality is far different. They failed to collect on the due date, despite having been charged extra for guaranteed next day collection. They offered a refund of that additional charge, but the refund failed to materialise and they had to be chased. The parcel itself failed to reach its destination, and they were hopeless at telling me where it had got to as I did not have an IDENT number (because the collection driver had not issued one). Based on the other reviews, I am now expecting a battle in obtaining compensation. I have no intention of ever using Parcels2Go again.
