Far too long to process order


General Comments

I placed an order with Present Aid on November 24th, and by the 14th of December I had received nothing. Considering that all you are going to get is a letter telling you that you have made a donation, this level of service is a joke. Also, calling the (outsourced) call centre was a joke, as I couldn't get a satisfactory answer to my questions and reasons why my order had not been fulfilled.
