Good Points

None.

Bad Points

They never delivered my order.
Bad customer service.
Idiotic automated phone system.
Unhelpful./ Un-apologetic phone agents.

General Comments

If you would like to turn mail into a nightmare, use SMS and you will be pleased. They have so far failed to deliver a single item to me. I don't mean failed to deliver on time, I mean failed to deliver. They are utter rubbish and useless. A disgrace for courier companies.
