Well spoken cusomer service employees - but in my opinion they are rehearsed with script and ineffective to really settle disputes.
Bad Points
Jewelry blown up and when received, in my opinion, looks nothing like what I bid on. I think it is bad quality and is poorly made especially pendants. The chains are un-usable, thin and kink and closure made to be used with magnifying glass.
General Comments
My packages did not inculde the items I was to receive according to computer invoice and there envelope invoice.
As of yet I have not received what I had ordered - I think it's impossible to do inventorty or check-up... I would recommend to never buy the earrings. I personally was not happy with the workmanship.
I feel I wont be able to give as a gift or sell. In my opinion the workmanship of the tiny diamond baguettes all run into each other, and off center.
I would recommend to not become inevriated with the excitement of bidding and be cautious!
The add-on fee is extravagent.
I do not recommend Bidz.com.
