Good Points

Good sales pitch. Organised the guests well on the day.


Bad Points

Photo quality was poor. Most of the photos taken were a bit blurred and dark. Customer service was very poor also. Once we had been paid in full (1 month before our wedding), they became very difficult to get hold of. It took us 5 months (and lots of phone call & stress) to get our wedding album!


General Comments

The batteries in the camera of the photographer from Tony Sherwin Photography went flat on the day and there were no spares. The photographer had to rub the batteries in his hands so he could continue to take pictures!
The quality of the work was poor, and customer service was way below standard. The best photo we have of our wedding day was taken on a friends compact digital camera!!
