They speak English.
They ruined what was supposed to be a great surprise for my girlfriend.
She had to suffer the embarrassment of asking her reception if flowers had arrived for her to be told no.
The flowers I ordered to be sent to the US still haven't arrived. I have sent countless emails but get a scattered response or none at all. Tried the Live help but got no resolution other than being told that the florist said they'd been sent. They were never received. No resolution there then.
I asked where the service agent was based and was told the UK.
Website looks good at first glance but the ordering and purchasing process is bunched into one area so that if one field is not entered you have to start again with the credit card info.
