Bad Points

We purchased a fly drive holiday through Thomas Cook for which the car hire was through Alamo. When we got to the Alamo desk we were informed we could have a "free" upgrade and that all other charges, insurance, etc. was all paid. I now have a credit card bill for $700+ which I am contesting. Has anyone else lost money by Alamo at Sanford in the same way ?

    I told them very clearly of the incident, producing my original contract with Thomson holidays and was refunded the full amount.
    Make absolutely sure of your original booking and accept no changes whatsoever.
