Good Points

Being able to do shopping online at tescodirect.com, prices that are reasonable and the delivery was on time.


Bad Points

I had to wait 2 weeks for my Cd player to arrive, wish they had a pick up system like Argos.


General Comments

I used Tesco Direct. Tip: use direct.tesco.com to go straight there, so you don't go through the main tesco.com site. I thought the choice was huge and the shopping experience was pleasant. I was a bit fed up having to wait 2 weeks because it was so busy. I wish you could have a pick up thing like Argos do. But the cd player arrived in good condition, without problems, it sounds great now! I bought a Sony BX3 mini system, which was a steal I thought, especially with the quality it gives out.

All in all, Tesco Direct.com was a good experience for me and I will use again. Thanks.
