Cheap Fare
Terrible Check In Service!
Today we checked in to OasisBusiness on December 13th 2007. There were two gate agents who were at the Business Class check in. When it was our turn to check in the agent was extraordinarily short with not a "hello How are you" or any type of greeting. We were treated worse than the economy check in who seemed to have friendly staff assisting those passengers. We asked if there was a possibility of choosing our seats and without even looking at us the agent said "NO! There is nothing for you other than the ones we have assigned!"
I told him that I felt we received poor service and that we would complain. I asked him for his name and he replied with a very likely fictitious name when I asked him his last name he said "I cannot give it to you as it is company policy". I again told him I intended to complain and he relied in chinese (not realizing I speak chinese) "GO ahead and try!"
SO if you are flying Oasis take it for what it is a "A cheap fare" don't expect any service and especially don't expect and respect.
I would not fly this airline again as it does not treat its best customers with any respect whatsoever.
