Bad Points

In my opinion they have bad communication, bad warehouse management. Apparently they have no idea where in the warehouse they keep the stock I ordered and so two weeks later I am receiving copy paste answers to emails.


General Comments

I Will never ever use this store again. Took money and then only told me anything was wrong when I emailed them four times asking where order was. Apparently have no idea where the stock is kept in the warehouse....its only a small brand name after all being Lancome and therefore cannot tell me when the order will come.

Now they are copy and pasting the same reply every time to further enquiries. Have asked for refund.
